      Pros

      Annually, they do a cultural diversity share. They have different setups from different cultures, and in the breakroom..people will have food from their cultures to share.

      Cons

      Corporate has been doing outsourcing on and off of multiple departments. They will tell you that you are too important to Marsh, then layoff your job.

      Benefits are great if you have a family!

      Cons

      Pay is horrible compared to market standards. They constantly acted like there was opportunities for growth and only reduced the positions to send jobs overseas. Upper management is a joke. They host town square meetings where they small talk about vacationing overseas and their luxury lifestyles, however, they can’t justify raises for promotions and market adjustments.

      Overworked, stress levels, underpaid, no training given just expected to know all products when they employee non insurance staff
