Free food and Cab Salary on time May get good tech work or either process work even for tech role depending upon team

Cons

Worst appraisals for few departments like AES ATO in AMS No or delayed promotions to deserving candidates. Females are given good raise while male candidates are not promoted. Mgmt is bad at decisions and lot of restructurings every year Don't give raise to existing employees but hires new employee with high pay package and Band level. You may do work for multiple companies example marsh, mercer, Guy carpenter as they are part of MMC, so high workload do not Join for Devops role

This company lacks all regard for people’s health. Roles are stretched beyond human capacity and inspite of good profits and regular acquisitions, resourcing continues to be extremely poor.

Do not work here, you're treated like a slave, nobody cares about mental health or wellbeing even if the company pretends they do You're over worked and under appreciated. If you're struggling and ask for help it's a problem. Has a very very high turn over. All managers care about is numbers! They promise promotions yet never give it to the people that work hard, they give the opportunities to their favorites
