Manager and senior management who leading this team doesn’t have the proper review on how to retend staff. No work life balance have to support on public holiday Returning office on daily basis , spent time to travel to office

Non-contractual bonus', unsupportive management, not enough room in the office, doesn't embrace a modern working culture, gender pay gap is alive and well. Salary is terrible Just don't do it!
