      Pros

      Salary and immediate colleagues. Immediate manager was the best support anyone could ever ask for.

      Cons

      No respect or empathy for their employees, talking from personal experience. I would never recommend the company to anyone as a good place to work, completely the opposite.

      Good opportunity to build capability and exposure.

      Cons

      Very bad culture and the department is being run like a family business. Ex CEO of jlt India had personally set up the department as the knowledge power house in India but now it's a laughing stock. Because of Marsh and Mercer affiliation, the leader is always fighting with the business heads and they are fighting with each other. All this internal politics and negativity leads to favouritism and targeting of employees who are seen aligned with rival camps. If you are close to management, you get away with anything including harassing fellow colleagues and everyone maintains a blind eye. But if you have no political affiliation, then there is no one to stand for you.
