High call volume , low pay,

Unfair wages, poor tech equipment and IT support and aging fleet vehicles. Training is in Spanish and lessons taught cannot be used in a real world scenario.

Gossip around the business, unprofessional behaviour, no progression, no training, pay is diabolical, managers favour, micro managed, medical team laugh at the unfortunate clients, nobody knows what the rules and regulations are. Staff turn around is high and they don't care about anyone, not even their clients. Ego rather than common sense is used by management.
