- environment is informal and welcoming - management is very people-oriented - working conditions are very flexible with respect to WFH

- compensation and benefits may be less than the industry average. As a caveat, the company is a lot smaller in scale here in Australia than what may be seen from their offices overseas. - mindset towards changing circumstances are likely to be more reactive than proactive - customer management systems may be more dated compared to competitors
