      Pros

      Location is easy to get to, I’ve made good friends, I have plenty of PTO

      Cons

      They have not been flexible at all with allowing remote work now that we’re returning after the pandemic shutdown. Pay is definitely low compared to the industry standard. Due to that, people are leaving in droves, and those of us that are remaining are expected to pick up the slack.

      i really can think of zero.

      Cons

      low pay compared to industry. In best financial year they gave out 2% raises. Too many chiefs more management staff then needed & constant threats of layoffs. Promise one thing get another. Systems are really old and have to work out of multiple just to complete a simple task. Declined so bad that had to have AZ reps move to handle claims out of MA. Working remote during COVID was a nightmare and either no assistance or over micromanaged no balance.
