      Pros

      Excellent company to growth on IT. You always will be coding and testing applications with SQL and Oracle databases.

      Cons

      At beginning compensation is not waht you expected unless you are hired as a contractor.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, they offer competitive benefits and 4 weeks of PTO a year. In addition they offer lots of advancement, I personally have been promoted a couple of times in my 5 year tenure. I've worked for other carriers, they are honest and ethical, they do the right thing. Lots of changes, but always for the better.

      Cons

      Not an established company in the United States, which in turn actually is a pro because we get to be part of a rapidly growing company.
