Exelents co-workers, great location, cafeteria in house

Cons

Employees opiniones are not considered, Managers tend to left you outside if you are not part of there "GROUP"

Let me tell you something about Mapfre...

Pros

Parking. Vending machines. Free coffee. It's a paycheck, that's about it. Convenient access to the highway. Lots and lots of parking.

Cons

This company has gone downhill at lightning speed. The Spanish company that bought out Commerce has run it into the ground so fast. Its no surprise that employees leave on their lunch break and don't come back. Supervisors are on a major power trip. They work their employees to death without so much as a thank you. Such evil little trolls who get paid to bark orders. Don't even get me started on the alleged pill popping that was going on during work hours. Last I heard, Webster PD was allegedly investigating. Such a great place to work.

well located with easy metro access manager who motivates team human resources helps the employee if necessary

Cons

time zone: projects with Spain, had to start work at 3am Work like 15 hours per day
