      A company that recognises and rewards talent, hard work and loyalty. Listens to staff and is open minded about changing the culture to reflect modern best practices that benefit company and employees.

      Cons

      Large distributed business operations and resources can make changes more challenging that single site operations. Still a bit traditional and old fashioned in some area of business.

      Pros

      The team in our Bristol office are very friendly, it is a great place to work with social activities throughout the year. My manager is very supportive and encourages development and progression. I was successful in gaining a promotion after 6 months here. Would recommend working here if you are looking for an environment you will learn a lot in.

      Ample experience in a variety of areas You get a lot of opportunities to learn new skills The staff morale is great Company has made strides to make the benefits package more competitive

      Cons

      Salaries are generally on the less competitive side Company is slow to replace leavers and remaining employess can get stretched thin
