      Pros

      Nice people and work environment. Reasonable international experience. Strongly focused in banking clients at a technical/operational level. Works with leading companies and has a reputable brand especially in regulation projects. Does not demand overtime and is reasonably flexible regarding work hours.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive at all and career development happens at a slow pace. Very bureaucratical. Work can get very operational/techincal and repetitive.
