      Pros

      They offer you a great career path for recent graduates and a lot of international opportunities. The environment is nice as you are sorrounded by young and very well prepared professionals. The work is hard, but your effort and performance is rewarded every year

      Cons

      Sometimes is difficult to find a good work/life balance, but this is not different from other consultancy firms

      Pros

      They have a good good carreer plan, great travel policies, are technically competent, and have huge clients.

      Cons

      There's a lack of people skills from senior management, poor human resources policies, poor communication, limited client diversity, total lack of meritocracy (if you work well, you get promoted 1 level every year. If you don't, you will be promoted the same). I worked at the Company's Brazilian office and they don't have any autonomy to decide they. I've heard it is the same on other offices. The HQ in Madrid centralizes everything.

      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn from financial risks and working close to the customer. Work with young people and with enthusiasm.

      Cons

      Too focused on two or three clients. You have to sacrifice the work/life balance. No strategy projects in this company.
