      - Real hands on experience - Projects across multiple industries - Knowledgeable colleagues

      Cons

      - No work-life balance - Open schedule, really long hours (varies from area to area and team leader) - Not the most welcoming environment from people in high positions, leadership through strength rather than team effort.

      Pros

      International experience, if one's looking for it, salary, per diem and conditions when working abroad. Great work environment due to great coworkers.

      Cons

      One's asked for his/her opinion all the time, but that won't matter anything at the end of the day. Company policy changes constantly, and MS doesn't think you should be notified about it.
