      Working from home and little micromanagement.

      Cons

      PRODUCT- We can't win any sales- marking it up to 70% off....sad UNPREDICITABLE- Fired 14% of workforce (200 employees) in one day. LEADERSHIP- Seriously....lol one of the "Sales Leaders" is such a buzzkill

      Unorganized, unattainable quotas, no true vision

      Pros

      Good benefits, good work/life balance, very inclusive and accepting.

      Cons

      Unattainable quotas, no vision, lack of clear communication and expectations. Send like when mistakes are made no one can admit it and fix it. Nothing is done on time by leadership, they never hit their milestones which created even more uncertainty. Lackluster product offering, and core products don't compete in an enterprise scale. Always playing catch up, but never trend setting. Lack of vision and direction, will always be thought of the way it is now without real change!
