Pros

Many inspiring talents to work with and promising products.

Cons

-The work environment is highly toxic, with individuals living in a perpetual state of fear and insecurity due to the constant threat of job loss. You can receive assurances that your job is secure, only to be laid off the next day without any explanation. -No cash bonuses and salaries are on the lower end -In recent years, the company's excessive emphasis on profits has led to a neglect of vital aspects such as company culture, employee satisfaction, and various other areas.

Pros

I don't think of any pros... Joke aside, their product was decent for consumers

Cons

Products half cooked when released with lots of bugs, not feasible for Enterprise customers Lots of politics within the company No structure whatsoever, manager was incompetent and did not have a clue what he was doing, he learned the sales methodology while on the job I was lured to join because the company was supposedly going IPO. That was in 2017. Up to this day, nothing has happened!

Pros

Marcin (the CEO) is a good leader and really is trying to be transparent. I am happy to see he is still in charge of his baby.

Cons

The executive team has been failing to execute the company strategy. They pretend they know what they are doing, but in fact, there is a lot of chaos and uncertainty that leads to burnout for the individual contributors across the company. The management cares about short-term profits and bonuses instead of driving the company to innovation and long-term success.
