      - Lots of opportunities for advancement - You learn a lot of new skills and work with the latest technologies - Good benefits

      Cons

      - No planning, the expectation from higher up in the company is that you can take on any pet project, at anytime. - If you are an engineer or engineering manager, expect that lack of planning to interfere with every sprint, ever. It will become your responsibility. - Unbalanced hiring. There is a hiring freeze for engineers but no such freeze for product managers, analysts, directors, executives, etc. If you are new, you are expected to hit the ground running and take on massive amounts of work.

      Great product, bad culture

      Free snacks Good people Bar in office

      Cons

      Cliquey, they don’t promote off work ethic or numbers. It’s all about who you know. Office politics, if you want to just put your head down and work this is a tough company to work for. Pay is low CFO is a problem. If you e ever worked on the other side of the register or in customer service, this guy isn’t going to resonate with you.

      Think twice and know your team before joining

      Flexible Timings, Nice office, Free snacks

      This review is for a specific team so it may differ for other teams. - Single negative feedback for your manager can throw you out, even HR won't help in this case and not even ask single question. So be careful while writing the annual manager review. ( not sure why it is there if can afford negative questions) - Mid managers have no vision and skill to scale the system - lack of synergy across the departments - People are so insecure that old people keep all dependency and don't give space to grow new people in the team. Even though if you give good suggestions or bring something good, it is very hard to convince. - Managers are unable to define clear roles responsibilities. In fact, they don't have control on all team members. Old team members decide everything. - Observed many times old team members are shouting on contractors or new employees. So culture needs to be improved.
