      Pros

      - Have made great recent additions in company leadership. - For the most part, the new hires are great hires. They have come in, and immediately impact the business and culture in a positive way. - Company culture is strong. This is an enjoyable place to be and people care a lot about the culture here.

      Cons

      - Growing pains are there. Nothing abnormal. - Rolling out new processes in some places have been quite the task, but again, nothing abnormal.

      Pros

      I love Malwarebytes! For one, the company culture is great. It truly feels like we all look out for one another, and everyone is very friendly--whether you have been acquainted with one another or not. There is also a strong sense of trust and respect coming from Upper Management, which naturally trickles downward, perpetuating an enjoyable and open work environment. I currently recommend Malwarebytes to all friends I know looking for work, and will no doubt, continue to do so. There is a tremendous amount of growth opportunity here, and I feel confident I will achieve my career goals working for Malwarebytes. Awesome benefits. In terms of benefits, this is one of the most competitive places I have worked. Malwarebytes takes care of their employees.

      Cons

      I would recommend more extensive and hands-on training for new hires around the first 1 to 2 weeks of employment. Will help them more comfortably and confidently adapt to their role within the company.
