      Pros

      The product we provide, multiple avenues for growth (consumer, business, enterprise etc) The people are great, leadership has a true open door policy, “seems” that they are genuinely interested in caring for the employees. Great benefits package, stocked kitchens, cool and swank offices. Huge focus on customers

      Cons

      Some growing pains/not all departments seem to match/understand the rapid growth

      Great culture, some growing pains

      Pros

      I love the culture at Malwarebytes, collaborative, passionate, action-oriented - it's still founder-led and the vision and mission or protecting people from malware is still alive and well

      Cons

      For being the size and maturity that it is, the company is still missing a lot of processes and support that is necessary

      Pros

      - Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where ever needed - Flexible work schedule - Great benefits - Open to new ideas - Micromanaging does not exist

      Cons

      - Company is still in start-up mode so resources (people) are shared and limited which makes it difficult to feel like you are making an impact - Tools are not fully developed so tasks that should be easy become difficult and time consuming

I also love the rolling up of the sleeves aspect of our culture as we work to solve interesting problems and play a part towards our mission. To the point you made about Tools, I can't quite speak to that but please share your thoughts/ideas with your Manager so we can get a sense of what could enhance productivity.
