      Pros

      - free parking - free catered lunch on Tuesdays - free smoothies T/Th - Unlimited snacks, drinks, sandwiches, salads etc. 24/7 - arcade/ping pong - beers on tap - so many things!

      Cons

      This is a fast-growing company so there are still some growing pains (phones, connectivity, rules of engagement) but they are all being addressed and I think this company has a very bright future.

      Pros

      Lots of free food and games. Good benefits. Great office digs. Friendly people who work hard and play hard. Good team work.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics. Lack of recognition for job well done. It's not what you know but who you know if you want to move up the ladder or get hired. Promises made by management are not always kept. It's very difficult to grow technically.

      - Fantastic culture - Amazing benefits (healthcare, 401k, food/snacks, games) - Serving a huge purpose on a global scale! - Great onboarding process and makes sure you know where you stand - CEO is inspiring and cares a ton about his employees.
