      Pros

      Great company culture, leadership recognizes accomplishments, fun team oriented atmosphere. The company truly cares about the customers (business and consumers alike) and it leads to an environment where people can do what is best for the customer, not just the bottom line.

      Cons

      Still working out the kinks in enterprise business offerings and causes tension between the consumer driven product and initiatives vs business focused initiatives. This is minimal though and overall people work together nicely.

      Losing Confidence

      Pros

      Lots of ways to take your mind off work for a quick recharge. I am happy with the benefits. The new building is something to be proud of for those that have been here for some time.

      Cons

      Upper management continues to deliver lip service. We have lots to accomplish to start having managers that can at best project manage. CEO is a nice guy but can be a bit immature at times. Moves slowly where fast decisions need to be made. This company may not be everyone's cup of tea.
