      Lots of fun and potential

      Pros

      It's really been a fun place to work, lots of nice benefits and a great bar. Not just beer, but an actual bar with 4 bears on tap that change all the time. But free soda and snacks and different types of lunch food is always in the kitchen. 401k match, good medical coverage, and the normal benefit things you would expect for a Silicon Valley company. The people are great. Everyone is really nice and wants to be successful. The company is in a fast growing security space, which creates a lot of excitement around our products and gives the company a lot of potential to be really successful. Overall, I think it's a pretty good place to work and hope the company is very successful so I can stay here a long time. No reason to think it wont continue to get better.

      Cons

      Lot of competition in the security space, so being able to continue to innovate is essential, and it moves really fast, because we always have to be a step ahead of everyone else, that can be a bit stressful if you are not used to a small company or a fast paced company. Sometimes it takes too long to replace the beer when one or two run dry and sometimes on Friday the kitchen food starts to run low (it's normally pretty good M-TH), which is too bad if you happen to have not brought anything to eat. It gets a little quiet in the office around 5:00, so if you come in late and work late, you might get a bit lonely.

      Wow, never new work could be so great

      Pros

      The people are great. The company has the best office, with a well stocked kitchen and amazing views. Flexible. Really good benefits, especially for a pre IPO. CEO is really good and the leadership is not bad either, especially compared to past leadership teams I've worked with. Having just come back from the annual summit event (where everyone in the company if flown to attend company updates together and in person), it was great to get a clear refresh of our strategy, roadmap and values, so everyone is on the same page. I got to see the executive team share their vision and goals for the year, which really resonate we'll with me, and I think everyone else too, based on my conversations. Overall, I can honestly say it's the best place I've worked at.

      Cons

      Some growing pains that you would expect from a fast growing company, but nothing serious

      Nice office space and great product, but that's all. Work culture needs to improve to ensure a positive work environment

      Company's culture needs to be improve to ensure positive work environment and not a hostile environment. If this changes employees will be much happier
