      Pros

      - One of a kind Culture and Spirit. - Excellent work environment. - Flexible schedule (Just get your work done). - My contributions actually matter. - Very competitive compensation (full benefits, great salary, fully stocked kitchen and game room, open time off (unlimited PTO). - Big enough organization, but not too big.

      Cons

      -There aren't more companies like Malwarebytes

      A Unicorn among horses

      Pros

      We all look for that special company during interviewing. The one that treats people right, does the right thing even when it's not best for business, and is bold. I've worked at many companies that talk up their culture and say they are customer and employee first, but this is the first willing to put it's money where it's mouth is. That Unicorn is Malwarebytes. You can't go wrong here if you're looking to do meaningful work that helps the world, if you're looking for a fair salary with good perks/benefits, and a team that create a workplace that you actually WANT to be at.

      Cons

      The only cons I see here are CONsistency. CONscientious, CONstructive, and CONsiderate.

      Has progressively gotten worse as it has expanded

      Cons

      Very poor manager hiring across multiple departments. Inadequate funding appropriations across multiple departments
