      Pros

      Good location, great product, great teammates, free lunches, used to be the place to be, salary.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement particularly in the sales functions, who seem to have destroyed the culture of the company and all that it used to stand for. Changes seem to be constantly to the detriment of staff. It feels like it wants to be a call center with a hierarchical structure. No support to help with concerns.

      Pros

      Lots of free food and games. Good benefits. Great office digs. Friendly people who work hard and play hard. Good team work.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics. Lack of recognition for job well done. It's not what you know but who you know if you want to move up the ladder or get hired. Promises made by management are not always kept. It's very difficult to grow technically.

      Pros

      They are somewhat flexible, and the CEO knows how to party. The company itself is very stable for a startup so it's not likely to go anywhere.

      Cons

      Nothing can be taken at face value, promises don't get followed through on, and there's a lot of bickering. Their "featured employees" on linkedin have all left the company, but they still have no problem using them to recruit new people.
