      Pros

      I loved the HR department and how comfortable and supported I felt. The benefits were pretty good as was the pay.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to genuinely care about the well being of the employees. Some of the direct supervisors, assistant directors and directors didn't necessarily care about anything except people being on the phones all the time. Concerns got overlooked and ignored.

      Pros

      Decent pay, flexible hours, good benefits. That's all. But have to keep writing due to 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Too many claims and not enough employees. Office politics. High school games.

We also try to be flexible with our employees, taking into consideration their lives outside of the office. If you haven't tried sharing your ideas and thoughts for improvement with management, please do so.
