      Decent pay, flexible hours, good benefits. That's all. But have to keep writing due to 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Too many claims and not enough employees. Office politics. High school games.

We also try to be flexible with our employees, taking into consideration their lives outside of the office.       Infrastructure is a little far behind. It can take weeks to get a piece of software installed. Also aggressive deadlines at times
