Work/Life balance was good, some great non-management people in various departments, good autonomy

Shrinking business and footprint outside the northeast, poor communication throughout the company, little to no direction from management team, ever changing business strategy with little thought towards implementation and effect on agencies, slow and useless reporting system
I'm not one for leaving reviews normally, but MAPFRE have made such an impression during my first 4mths I felt I had to. From my team, to line managers and head office in Bristol, I have never felt so welcome. Everyone has a great attitude to help and develop each other sharing skill sets.
