      Pros

      Job Security. The company has goals to be countrywide within a short time frame, which means there should be growth throughout the company.

      Cons

      Horrible annual review process. I was told my review could not list "exceeds expectations" in a few areas because it made the Department over-budget. Over-worked and under appreciated. The company has award certificates they give to employees who go above and beyond. the problem with that is the Management in my department doesn't think you should be rewarded for "doing your job and doing it well." Yes, this was actually sent to me.

      I really can't say anything good about this company. Healthcare is something you can get at any company in this industry. Covered parking? Not going to make me stay!

      Cons

      *ZERO training and I mean NONE. *NO guidelines. Nothing is in writing and every person will tell you something different. *The system is a DINOSAUR and half of it is in Spanish! It never works right and agents are mad 99% of the time because the system messes up so much. *Management has no idea what they are doing and should be fired. This place is an absolute joke and I can't wait until I can quit. Taking this job was the biggest mistake of my life. None of these issues were disclosed to me during an interview.

      A few of the people are very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth opportunity in this company. Middle management continually fight with each other as objectives given by upper management are not realistic.
