Cons
Worst management ever! They rule with an iron fist and do nothing productive themselves. They sit and gossip in glass cubes all the while cutting down on your bathroom time. They talk all shift with their peers and God forbid you interrupt this ritual to ask a work related question. You will be met with much attitude and scoffed at. You will be asked if you tried to locate the answer yourself on Lotus Connections before approaching your supervisor... The reason you are met with such attitude is because supervisors have no idea what the correct answer is and don't want to be found out or bothered to work themselves. When on OT and the phones ringing off the hooks you will find your Supervisor along with other supervisors chatting away about their favorite beer or bar in their glass cubes.
