Pros

Cons

Ham-handed management from Spain trying to squeeze blood from a stone. Madrid has been setting Monopoly money budgets for the US for years, and then when they fall short, employees are told to work harder. The issue is not the US employees, but a Spanish company that does not have a clue how US companies work. Cut out 2 levels of middle-management and give everyone else a decent raise. Throw out the stupid surveys and actually listen to your employees.

Old Management Style

Pros

Great benefits, time off, free coffee,

Cons

Compensation; Facilities Senior Management/Managers stuck in the 80s management style; there is no accountability for poor performance or lack thereof; micromanaged to death; no team atmosphere; Great Place To Work meeting was missed; Facilities rescheduled and no one went because they didn't tell anyone, no communication, etc. Facilities Management just laughed thought it was a big joke

Pros

The pay is well above most competitors in this industry for a basic property damages adjuster w/ any experience.

Cons

The management is terrible on both PD and BI portions for auto. The CEO structure runs things from Spain and therefore is completely clueless/detached as to what is going on. They do a yearly employee survey, just unveiled the 2016 "satisfaction".. Batting about a 53% satisfied, this went down from a 2015 survey where it was ranked at 55%... Still haven't seen anything implemented from the 2015's results review let alone them doing anything for the 2016 review. Truly outdated systemS used. Company likes to buy other organizations and shoe horn their computer systems into those organizations. There is promises that GuideWire will be used come 2018 and/or beyond but there is no idea how it will function w/ the multitude of systems already being ran.
