Pros

None at the moment poorly run company. Management does not get it and never has. Sales planning is a joke (any background checks being done you wouldn't let some of them babysit your children). Most of senior and middle management do not return phone calls and most never answer the phone. Most senior and mid managers are sfraid to face the music in a dealership and do not have the capability to close a deal on there feet. Pricing is a joke and is only a matter of time before they are exposed.

Cons

Management has no clue they continue to bring in people that have never worked in the auto sector never mind on the dealer level.

Pros

Strong brand recognition helps when working with auto dealers and the general public.

Cons

The ailing auto industry is hurting the company. International business is sluggish. Consumers think GPS is a better product. Still a lot of education has to be done. Don't spend enough money on advertising.
