      Great work life balance, but personal growth potential is lacking.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package. Work life balance is outstanding, including working from home. Company supports that with laptops and vpn system.

      Cons

      Auto industry has been down which has lead to a lot of uncertainty. Personal growth is not easy due to the relatively small size of the company.

      Pros

      Most people are fun, free access to a gym, huge windows let lots of sunshine in. Office is Nice, recently renovated.

      Cons

      Bad pay for the amount of work and responsibilities, management keep on changing and a lot of very important follow-ups like employee development get lost or ignored. General feeling is you get exploited, company might close this branch, all are very sceptical towards repeated pep talk from management that everything Will be fine with time, reputation of the company is completely damaged with the ridiculously High number of recalls and approximate customer service. Generally speaking, very disorganized place. Not bad if you Want part Time, i guess.

      Work-life balance is important to the company and it seems like they really try to accomodate their workers when they can.

      Cons

      corporate downsizing and lack of support; company tries to do well for its workforce but workers are stressed and things fall through the cracks
