      Pros

      great pay and benefits. The job was enjoyable and provided a lot of insightful knowledge on insurance. There is also plenty of room for advancement, and the training is up to par.

      Cons

      The work environment was smothering, and only favorites succeeded. If you disagreed with management, your job seemed to be at risk. The managers would gossip about their "subordinates," and tell confidential information that was supposed to be between the manager and worker.

      Good starting pay and good benefits..good PTO benefits..good co workers..well known company that looks good listed on a resume

      Cons

      Extreme micro managing in a call center type environment. Company is laying off 1100 CSRs across the country and moving all service to Call Centers across the US so unless you want to uproot your life and move..you are out of a job. No real assistance or caring for those who don't want to transfer to a Call Center. Big turn over both in Sales Reps. and Management. Lots of money wasted on programs like LMS that are not seen through and continued. Way too much micro managing and too many silly metrics and quotas to meet. Very high pressure and you can never do enough. It's all more , more. Company way overpays Management!

      Ease you in, a lot of training, great management. Cares about employees. Great working environment, flexibility, work-life balance
