Pros

There are a hand full of really good people stuck there.

Cons

There's a lot of empty promises made, people youd never expect are driven to substance abuse, the sexual harrassment is horrible but nothing I'd ever done, the money is horrible unless you're a shady sales person

Pros

Great Benefits for education and time off.

Cons

You will excel in claims with Liberty Mutual if you are comfortable swimming in quick sand. The expectations of your job change minute to minute as well as person to person. The only metric they care about is iLTR and the ratio is not in your favor. For example if you get 1 negative survey and 2 positive you will have 0% of the expected 62% you are to achieve. The 1 negative survey will always outweigh the positive and leadership does not like when you point that out. BIG NO NO to discuss how unfair the metrics are . . . again you have been warned. Liberty wants to be top 3 by any means necessary and that means getting rid of people if they cannot meet all the metrics and burning through employees in the process. If you decide to apply, please only go to Plano, TX location because they are looking for any reason to close the regional offices. You will be assigned claims on weekends and holidays, the metric for 24 hour contact will still apply even if the office is closed. They do not have support for staff that is out of the office so despite offering a large amount of time off you will be terrified to take the time. The stress is too much to handle to be honest which is why I am leaving. They have changed from 37.5 hours to 40 hour week with no overtime despite assigning you 7+ multi car accident claims a day across Safeco and Liberty.
