A toxic management culture that existed in the days when the company was known as Quinn Insurance carried over when taken over by Liberty Insurance. Blame culture was rife and mgmt were often ruthless with staff . Despite changing elements like clock in machines and the hated pay bonus scheme, very little changed in terms of how management would speak or deal with people. This filtered down from the top to mid tier mgmt and I witnessed some brutal behaviour from senior staff members. The proof of which became evident in work place satisfaction surveys's such as "Great Place to Work" where in the time I was there got below 30% a few times. A couple of years after I left I met someone who worked there who informed me that Liberty opted for a different workplace satisfaction survey but still scored less than 40% satisfaction. By the way the national average in Ireland is %80. That says it all. Rate of pay is well below national average

No work life balance, no looking inward for solutions. Claims adjusting at Liberty is a burn out role. Churn and burn the employee.
