Pros
Work/ life balance is good with arrangements to work from home.
Cons
Upward mobility is nonexistent even though they’ll pitch that to you when you first start out. The treat ever employee as a cog in the wheel and will say they want to retain ‘key employees’, but will let them go in a second if they want to cut expenses instead of addressing the actual problem at hand, which is the way we do business. The biggest problem with liberty is that they put people in management positions that have never worked the job they’re managing, so they have no clue what they’re dealing with. They create unrest and anxiety for the employees by making them the last to know anything. For example, when there were layoffs, there were just rumors of it so everyone was on edge that they were the ones being let go but the word ‘layoff’ was never even mentioned. If it had been, people could have prepared instead of assuming it was just hearsay. David Long is not trust worthy, and the higher ups in this company are only concerned about their salaries. If you want a career that is full of opportunity and you don’t have an ‘in’ with them, don’t work here. Actually, don’t work here at all anyways.
