Pros

Liberty demonstrates a commendable commitment to staying updated with salaries based on changing economic conditions. Furthermore, there is genuine recognition and acknowledgment when proposing projects that extend beyond individual departments. It is worth mentioning that Liberty also provides training as part of its change management efforts.

Cons

There appears to be a significant issue of leadership favoritism at Liberty, which is compounded by a lack of proactive action when it comes to addressing concerns and implementing suggested improvements that could greatly enhance processes. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable lack of genuine commitment from the department's senior managers to include all team members in change management transparency.

Pros

I've been at this company for a long time and really loved it. I've always felt valued as a person from my managers and from senior leadership. They've generally been very flexible and accommodating and it's a very supportive and collaborative environment. It's nice being at a large company where there have been lots of opportunity to explore different career paths and areas of interest. The pay has felt adequate relative to the work and the industry, even generous at times. Benefits are good overall as well.

Cons

The biggest issue is they've gone back on their commitment to flexibility and remote work. Post COVID they gave everyone the option to be in office, hybrid or fully remote with no strings and gave the impression this was the go forward solution, Now they are requiring certain people to come back into the office part of the time because they claim it will make us a "higher performance culture". It's dated thinking from the new out of touch CEO. It's going to push away the quality remote talent we've hired over the last several years and make the hybrid employees less productive. They claim remote work is still ok but yet they clearly don't trust workers to get the job done and there's no way it's not going to hurt those remote workers long term as they get passed over for promotions and have fewer opportunities. This is just poor logic and bad business and really goes against the core of what Liberty used to stand for. It makes me really concerned for what else he's going to ruin about working here.
