prospecting, prospecting, prospecting. Chasing business all the time, very few leads provided for you. Rates are not very competitve

one of the only places where you can be an insurance agent as an employee of the company and receive company benefits

Cons

quotas that are nearly impossible. rates that are too high. no help getting leads. agents that lie to provide better rates. boss that drank with the guys at lunch and then all would come back and try to work.
