Located conveniently by my home .

Cons

Pay rate , they treat employees terrible and there's no room for advancements in company . I was harassed by a female trainer for 5 months and then asked to write a statement on Her that would've done no good to keep my job .

The CEO's vision is hitting revenue and profitability targets Bureaucracy is thick - can't make a decision without layers of approval IT tools (both hardware and software) incredibly lacking. Lots of time wasted Evaluation system lacks incentive to go the extra mile
