Pros

Great work-life balance and 401k match. Executive management treats their employees well and are great people.

Cons

It's better to be related than qualified and people in directors positions do not value their people and are only concerned about how they look to management. For some people the only way to stand tall is to push everyone else down.

It is not good place to work with. You can not make any progress in professional experience and management teams are so bad. None of them are very responsible for the company future and no team work.

Cons

Middle level managers are not qualified. No one really cares about products and how to make improvment. Everyone is wasting time. They play game to hire many temps.

You may get stagnated in the same role even if your salary and title may change. You will be meeting the same people , doing the same things over and again.
