Poor management in stressful events such as preparations going wrong or longer than expected, horrible turn over rate, no progression within department, no work-home life balance, weekends are more frequent compared to what they state in interview, also the job feels like on call due to schedule changes happening daily the night before and morning of your shift.

Poor training and route support. Little respect for employees as people.

One downside is that it can get pretty busy and stressful at times, but I find it rewarding to know the work makes a difference, Plus, there's support to help you manage the challenges.

The managers or supervisors can overlook certain things due to work load. The training was not as good as i think it should have been. I was lost for a month or so.

Workflow isn't smooth, either you get bomb with work or no work and have to find something to do. Everyone tells information differently which gets confusing and not sure where to access S.O.P.

No sick time, covid policy is to use PTO even for positive tests. Expect to work with a lot of sick people. Micromanagement. Little to no expected career growth or even additional training opportunities. Restricted overtime and weekend opportunities. Employee groups are basically unused and completely neglected by a majority of staff. Expensive insurance with subpar coverage.
