- The trainers and other employees are extremely helpful - There is room to move into roles with more responsibility, but you really have to grind gears to make an impression. (take initiative, volunteer for overtime, ask where you can be of more help, take on additional work)

Cons

- To move into a better role, it takes a significantly long time - They aren't the most flexible in terms of life-events impeding you to work

1.) Ability to set my own schedule. 2.) Team orientated but with the options to do solo work/projects. 3.) Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons

1.) As a lower level employee, sometimes my suggestions for improvement in how something is done falls on def ears. 2.) Communications between supervisor and lead to employees. 3.) Restricted room to grow and learn new skills i.e. supervisor wants you only doing 1 or 2 thing all the time at most.
