Consistent schedule Good benefits 3-4 weeks pto starting

Cons

You will be moved around if you're good at you job and may not like where they move you, if they move you somewhere and you struggle you will never leave that position without quitting. Some teams have long hours and the education perks you'll likely need to get a promotion don't work well if you have a long commute and get stuck on a team doing 50+ hours

Responsive management, great people to work with, the work isn't that difficult. Work environment can be a little fast paced depending on the department but it's the best job I've had.

Cons

There are some parts of promotion/transfer processes that have a lot of red tape around them, but about the same as you would expect at any other corporate job. There are a few departments that are worse to work in than others, I can't think of any other cons.
