Team lead incompetent. Supervisor no memory to remember stuff. Low salary. To much work for money. Doing job sales should be doing. Teaching bosses how to do there job.

-company car is a great perk -good time off

Cons

priorities of management seem to shift randomly and without notice, and the workers at the bottom often only find out things have changed when they get told off for something they never knew was a priority. Communication between departments is abysmal. Training is haphazard and things are often done wrong because nobody was taught the proper way.
