good life balance that allows me to develop my soft skills, technical skills, time management, team engagement, mentoring and training new hires and process improvements.

Cons

I've never had any problems with processes or people management, so I believe that the managers' constant improvements are always involving our needs

My team is super supportive - we work hard and help each other. My manager(s) want me to succeed so set me up with realistic training and are responsive when I work independently with new processes. I work remotely and have never felt isolated - Labcorp has systems in place to keep us connected and able to share space, ideas and knowledge. I feel seen and appreciated.

Can't think of any cons at this point, I'm very happy at work.
