Team and the management is serious about employee's work life balance. Management pushes employees to take leave or time off atleast. Management is serious about career growth as well and will provide assistance if any employee wants to change job profile or move to new role. Of course this is subject to availability of vacancy or role and this is always an internal change. No weekend working till now.

Cons

Salary is just average per market dynamics.
