Great Company, Direct Management Less So

-Great PTO (24 Days PTO + 7 Paid Holidays) -Great opportunities for advancement if you’re a good worker - Ability to move within the company after a year if desired

Cons

Poor management - the supervisors are very young, and it shows in how they manage (terrible at communicating, terrible at scheduling, favoritism, etc)

Fast paced work was fun

Cons

They do not take bullying complaints seriously. I was afraid of taking lunch or even walking to my car because I was worried of retaliation. HR did not care to listen to complaints.
