Coworkers are nice, they cater lunch via food trucks once or twice a year.

Cons

Management is only about TAT. Does not care about employees well being or mental health. Strict Points System for missing work/being late with no room for special circumstances. Management is often tactless and honestly not very kind most of the time. They have no sympathy for any employee about anything, especially if there is a policy about it. They allow bad employees, managers, or policies to make working conditions terrible for hard workers or even regular workers.

They hired me straight out of college

Cons

Title says it all. First job out of college— worst one I’ve ever have. And before this I worked in grocery stores, retail, and at a zoo. My coworkers were MISERABLE people. Pay was garbage. Never again.
