Expect to experience disrespectful and passive-aggressive behaviour from some colleagues which will be unaddressed despite concerns being raised multiple times. People here are either robots or have nothing but egos where the sun don’t shine. Negative people are protected by fellow peers. Action is taken place when it’s too late. If you work here your motivation and mental wellbeing will be negatively impacted and you will feel stressed and drained. If you have a passion for the field of work please avoid here. If you haven’t been in the company long expect to feel more isolated than welcomed. Save your time, energy and well being. There’s reasons why there’s a high turnover of staff do not ignore the red flags!
