Pros
They'll hire you straight out of college. In my dept, you could come in whenever during a 1-2 hr set time frame (as opposed to everyone must be there a 8am). You could also work a 6 hr shift and not have to use PTO if you needed to leave early (just had to let the supervisor know ahead of time). They give you free testing (just tell your doctor to send to LabCorp and include your employee ID#).
Cons
Upper management doesn't listen or care (all about the numbers). People that are suck-ups get rewarded and great workers are ignored. When people complain about pay, upper management literally tells them they should be grateful they have a job.
