Very laid back management Easy to take off time Awesome coworkers Holidays off

Cons

Vacation time isn’t the best Periods of low volume coming in followed by mandatory overtime due to rapid increase in volume.

I loved my job. I loved my supervisor. I loved my coworkers and the instruments I used and my department and the tests I ran. My team lead taught me something new every day. We were cheerful and had a good time.

Cons

With an ASCP cert and three years of high complexity testing experience and a BS working on an MS, I couldn't make enough money to grow. I'd like to buy a house, have savings. I'm frugal, but it's not enough.
